Taste artisan cheeses paired with quality wines and other craft products in the underground cellar at La Cava de Marcelo. Learn about Ramonetti family, producing cheese and dairy products from 1911, and the cheese making process on a guided tour at their facilities, have lunch at their gourmet restaurant located in the farm, and then, head to Ensenada’s best wine tasting in town, from the famous boutique winery Rolu, at your own expenses.
