Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosi - Waterfall Circuit
We will depart from Ciudad Valles to make a tour of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Huasteca of San Luis Potosí, starting with the cascade of “Minas Viejas” that has an impressive fall of 50 meters, the channel of this waterfall forms some beautiful pools of blue turquoise surrounded by jungle vegetation that makes these waterfalls a perfect place to relax in contact with nature, the most unique style of San Luis Potosí.
Afterwards we will visit a viewpoint to contemplate the meco waterfall that is 35 meters high and is located on limestone that makes this site a unique attraction of the “Huasteca potosina”.
We will finish this route in “El Salto” waterfall that has a height of 70 meters, which is one of the most impressive waterfalls, in the rainy season when falling it forms an extraordinary breeze and great natural swimming pools ideal for swimming, without a doubt a fabulous experience in the “Huasteca Potosina”, San Luis Potosí. Later we will return to Ciudad Valles.
NOTE:
- Wear comfortable clothes, sandals, shorts or light pants for activities (not denim), hat or cap, sunscreen (biodegradable), ecological mosquito repellent, small backpack, small towel, dry change of clothes, non-cotton shirt (Lycra).
- Rainy season from June to September if the river of the waterfalls is grown the swimming access is not allowed, you can only observe the waterfalls.
